FAQs

What if I have introduced upgrades to my car, like a new stereo system or a new set of rims/mags?

In order for you to stay protected by keeping your policy in tact, you must declare and disclose to the insurance company all upgrades (i.e. new radio or rims, body kit, etc.) you have done to your car, subject to the Company’s approval. Otherwise, any claim on these accessories shall be limited only to the original/ “ built in” factory items/ values and any other accessories shall not be compensated.

What is a deductible?

A deductible is a standard part of insurance and it is the amount pertaining to your contribution on each and every claim, and will be subtracted from any compensable claim.

What is depreciation?

It is the amount to be subtracted from your claim, subject to policy schedule, that will be applied for replacement of damaged parts. This is a betterment charge, which begins to apply on claims after a period of time specified under the policy, such as after three years for private cars.

What are you protected against?

It is a form of insurance, which provides indemnity and monetary compensation for expenses or loss of income brought about by death or bodily injury arising from accidental means.

Accidental Death Benefit

If assured dies from accident, he will be indemnified of the full coverage of the policy.

Permanent Dismemberment

Assured is paid subject to percentage of the sum insured according to the schedule of benefits in case of dismemberment or permanent disability. Unlike other policies we provide indemnity for loss of use that would not require actual severance of limbs.

Temporary Total and Partial Disability
